SCHEDULE: Hiring for 1st & 2nd shifts \n
\n
\n

\n
• 1st Shift hours approximately from 6:15 am - 3:15 pm with a starting pay rate of $17.00/hour.
\n
• 2nd Shift hours approximately from 4:10 pm - 1:10 am with a starting pay rate of $18.00/hour. \n
  \n
  • Must be willing to work the assigned shift and accommodate overtime, weekends, holidays, and schedule changes as business and production needs require.

\nWe are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join our poultry processing team. General Labor employees support daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks throughout the processing and production areas while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, sanitation, and food safety. \n
\n
\nThis is a fast-paced, physically demanding position in a refrigerated food-processing environment. Previous poultry or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. \n
\n
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: \n
\n
\n

\n
• Perform a variety of production and processing tasks as assigned.
\n
• Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced production environment.
\n
• Operate basic production equipment and tools after appropriate training.
\n
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
\n
• Follow established food safety, quality, sanitation, and production procedures.
\n
• Follow all company safety policies, including required PPE and safe work practices.
\n
• Work cooperatively with team members and communicate production or safety concerns to supervisors.
\n
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
\n

• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
\n
• No previous poultry or manufacturing experience required.
\n
• Previous experience in poultry processing, food manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor is a plus.
\n
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n
• Willingness to learn new tasks and work in different areas of the plant.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
\n

\n

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
\n
• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
\n
• Bend, reach, squat, kneel, and climb as required.
\n
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and products as required for the position.
\n
• Work in cold, wet, humid, and refrigerated production areas.
\n
• Work around machinery, noise, water, and cleaning chemicals while using required PPE.
\n
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
\n
