PRN Nutritional Service Associate

Location 2100 OCOEE APOPKI RD, Apopka, FL 32703 Schedule and Shift Part time, PRN. 2 shifts a month required, must be flexible to workdays and weekend shifts. Role Summary As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling hot and cold food items, including beverages, while ensuring adherence to standardized recipes and production requirements. Managing inventory, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, operating dishroom equipment, and handling café registers are all part of the role. The Role You’ll Contribute Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency. Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishment supplies, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation. Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations. Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed. Other duties as assigned.
