Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Float Team, you’ll deliver compassionate, high-quality care that supports our patients’ well‑being and recovery, with a positive attitude and reliability. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement, and patient advocacy. Formulates a goal‑directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes. Implements care in a thorough, skillful, and consistent manner. Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies. Evaluates the effectiveness of care given by health care team members. Effectively communicates with patients, staff, and providers. This position floats to 2 levels of care in 1-2 facilities and is paid a 15% differential (of the base hourly rate). We are offering $10k relocation assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Two (2) years of general RN care experience Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent Valid compact state or Arizona RN license American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support if floating to the Emergency Department or taking care of patients less than 8 years of age Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing the EKG test or completing basic EKG class/modules within six (6) months of position Preferred Two (2) years of medical/surgical, progressive care, or critical care experience Bachelor's degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent Where You’ll Work Are you ready to join a healthcare family where your values align with ours?
