Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Responsibilities Complete documentation in electronic medical records. Travel between facilities in Kalamazoo, MI and Hastings, MI as part of the assignment. Split assignment between facilities; travel between sites is required. Provide speech-language pathology services in a skilled nursing facility setting. Days shift; start ASAP. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Michigan SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with adult dysphagia assessment and treatment preferred.
