Larry Roth - HealthMarkets is seeking a motivated Experienced Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our remote team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the complete sales process—from connecting with prospective clients and understanding their needs to presenting Life & Health insurance solutions and closing business.

About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll guide clients through the insurance sales process from the initial conversation through application and enrollment.

You'll use your insurance knowledge and consultative sales skills to understand each client's situation, explain available coverage options, address questions, and recommend solutions that fit their needs.

This is a self-directed remote sales opportunity where strong communication, consistent follow-up, organization, and the ability to close opportunities are key to your success.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, video, and other virtual channels.

• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand clients' Life & Health insurance needs and goals .

• Present and explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and confidently.

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's individual needs.

• Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through application and closing.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to move opportunities forward.

• Answer questions and address concerns in a professional, consultative manner.

• Handle objections and clearly communicate the value of recommended solutions.

• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.

• Work toward and exceed individual sales goals.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-only opportunity designed to reward strong sales performance.

Expected annual earning potential: $70,000–$140,000 , based on individual performance.

Your earning potential is directly connected to your ability to build relationships, manage opportunities, and close business.

What We're Looking For

• Active Life & Health Insurance license required.

• Proven experience in Life & Health insurance sales.

• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust through phone and video conversations.

• Strong needs-assessment and consultative selling skills.

• Confident presentation, objection-handling, and closing abilities.

• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.

• Proven track record of working toward and achieving sales goals.
