Service Greeter

Lakeland Automall i s currently seeking an individual that enjoys interacting with others to become a Greeter for our Service Department. As a Service Greeter, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the Dealership, checking vehicles in, referring customer to an Advisor, and parking vehicle to await repairs. Responsibilities: Greet customers when they arrive in Service Department Check in vehicle and put covers on seats and steering wheel and place mats on floor Drive and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner Retrieve vehicles for guests in a timely and courteous manner Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings Provide exceptional customer service at all times Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in inclement weather Competitive pay beginning at $15 per hour Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts including a vehicle purchase program 401(k) plan with a company match Lakeland Automalland our brands, Ford, Hyundai, and Genesis, have been part of the Lakeland Community for 70 years and through the years a commitment to the growth of our community has been at the forefront of our business.
