Based in Honea Path, South Carolina, Precision is a veteran- and woman-owned, family-run company serving homeowners throughout the Upstate. As our Wildlife Tech , you'll trap and relocate nuisance wildlife, seal entry points, install exclusion materials, and help restore areas damaged by animals. You'll have the independence to solve problems in the field while knowing your team has your back. There's also a real path forward, with opportunities to advance into senior technician, wildlife management, and operations leadership roles.

You'll earn $18-$22 per hour, based on experience , with performance bonuses, PTO, health insurance, and a retirement plan. The work follows wildlife activity and weather conditions, so hours can run longer during the busy spring-through-fall season and become lighter in winter.

Responsibilities

• Humanely trap, remove, and relocate nuisance wildlife.
• Seal entry points and install wildlife exclusion materials.
• Assist with insulation removal, sanitation, and installation.
• Explain inspection findings and prevention plans to customers.
• Photograph properties and document completed work in FieldRoutes.
• Measure and scope jobs for exclusion and remediation estimates.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical work.
• Comfort working on ladders, rooftops, in attics, and crawlspaces.
• Experience safely operating drills, saws, and other power tools.
• Understanding of home structures and common wildlife entry points.
• Knowledge of local wildlife, animal behavior, and humane handling.
• Ability to solve problems independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving habits.
