Nights – 7:00p to 7:30a (with shift differential) Job Responsibilities Include Nursing Assessment Nursing Documentation Treatment Planning Monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan. Ensure that individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented.
