EMDR Psychotherapist

Job Description

We are seeking a fully licensed clinician with EMDR training who believes in treating the whole person, not just symptoms. We’re looking for someone who values thoughtful, trauma-informed care and wants to practice in an environment that supports meaningful healing, clinical autonomy, and deep client connection.

We specialize in integrative, nervous-system-informed therapy that helps people return to themselves. Since 2015, we’ve built a model rooted in one core truth: healing happens when we work with the whole human- brain, body, and nervous system- within a safe, attuned container of connection.

What You’ll Do

Provide in-person and virtual therapy with a strong emphasis on EMDR and trauma-informed care 

• Integrate EMDR with other modalities (somatic work, IFS, mindfulness, etc.) 
• Maintain a full-time caseload (~23 clients/week, 1040 annually) 
• Support clients through deeper, transformational trauma work- not just symptom management 

Who You Are

You’re a fully licensed clinician who:

• Is trained in EMDR (EMDRIA-approved Level 1 minimum training) 
• Understands trauma through a nervous system and body-based lens 
• Values depth, presence, and clinical intuition 
• Wants to do meaningful work in a collaborative, non-isolated environment 
• You don’t just “use” EMDR, you believe in it as a core part of effective, lasting healing

What You Bring

Required:

• Active Michigan license (LPC, LMSW, LP, LLP, or LMFT)
• EMDR trained and certified
• Experience working with trauma
• Preferred: Training in complementary modalities (somatic, IFS, polyvagal, etc.)

Salary

$65,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience and licensure level.
