Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wyoming or ability to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or rehab and care center environment
• Familiarity with dysphagia assessment and treatment protocols
• Experience with MDS documentation and skilled nursing facility workflows
