The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection
The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection in Fort Lauderdale invites an Experience Ambassador to join a luxury, multi-channel contact center, delivering high-touch service across inbound and outbound communications for guests and travel partners. You will coordinate with air, hotel, transfers, and excursions, manage CRM records, and seek thoughtful upgrades while upholding brand standards.
