Patients Per Shift: 2-5 ppd
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Active IN license
- ACLS
- CDS Certification and DEA Registration
- General Urology Procedure
Urgent dates of coverage needed (ongoing needs continued into 2026 TBD):
- Monday, December 1 at 7a Friday, December 5 at 5p
- Monday, December 8 at 7a Friday, December 19 at 5p
- Monday, December 22 at 7a Friday, December 26 at 5p
Additional Details:
- Clinic and Call coverage. Require to cover clinic/hospital call which would include rounding, clinic patients, consults, etc.
- Weekend Requirements: Occasional weekends needed.
