Your New Role

• Travel from Valley, NE to commercial and industrial job sites across the Midwest

• Operate heavy equipment including skid loaders, excavators, and reach forklifts

• Drive company vehicles using your Class A CDL

• Assist with concrete construction and site preparation work

• Perform physically demanding construction tasks in varying weather conditions

• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

• Use smartphone apps and digital tools for communication, scheduling, and job documentation

• Support the crew with daily construction activities and equipment operation

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and field team members to complete projects on schedule

• Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions is highly required

• Minimum 2+ years of construction experience

• Experience operating skid loaders, excavators, and reach forklifts

• Concrete construction experience strongly preferred

• Ability and willingness to travel for extended assignments with rotations typically lasting 4–5 weeks, with flexibility depending on project needs

• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for work communication and reporting

• Willingness and ability to work overtime

• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor conditions

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and team-oriented mindset

• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
