Speech Therapist PRN

We are seeking a PRN Home Health Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. Key responsibilities include: Assessing and evaluating patient needs related to speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in coordination with the healthcare team Providing interventions to improve communication and functional abilities Monitoring, documenting, and reporting patient progress and responses to treatmentEducating patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies Delivering services in various home settings, ensuring respectful and effective care regardless of patient background Qualifications include: State licensure in Speech Therapy Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation Preferred qualifications: CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days Availability to work a weekend rotation Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $62.50 per hour, with benefits such as comprehensive packages, incentive and recognition programs, and retirement options.
