What You'll Do

Your top priority is ensuring our field technicians have the parts and materials they need to keep jobs moving. This role combines driving, warehouse operations, inventory support, and customer service.

Essential Duties

• Safely and efficiently deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians at job sites throughout the North Bay
• Prioritize deliveries to keep crews productive and minimize downtime
• Assist with shipping and receiving
• Help unload vendor deliveries
• Pull, stage, and organize materials for upcoming work orders
• Stock inventory in the proper warehouse locations
• Assist the Purchasing Agent with inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Assist customers by loading materials into their vehicles
• Support service technicians in the field when needed
• Empty warehouse trash and maintain housekeeping
• Recommend improvements to warehouse organization and inventory processes

Requirements

• Valid California Driver License with a good driving record
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

This is an active position requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday.

Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 100 pounds with assistance when appropriate
• Frequently lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Safely load and unload materials
• Operate company vehicles
• Maintain constant awareness of workplace safety

Schedule

This is a full-time position working an 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Typical scheduled hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. , with occasional schedule adjustments based on business needs.

Employees receive a minimum 30-minute unpaid meal period and paid rest breaks in accordance with California law.
