Location: Dallas, TX (Addison Area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:30 AM-2:30 PM

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Lab Accessioners to join our onsite laboratory team in the Addison area of Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants a consistent weekday schedule.

As a Lab Accessioner, you will play an important role in supporting laboratory operations by preparing and organizing clinical specimens for testing. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, organization, and reliability are essential.

Schedule & Attendance Expectations

• Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-2:30 PM
• Consistent weekday schedule
• Occasional additional hours, weekends, or holidays may be required based on business needs
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required — this role is ideal for someone who is reliable and committed to being present every scheduled day

Responsibilities:

• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing
• Open, sort, and route specimens to the appropriate staging areas
• Accurately enter patient information into computer systems
• Verify specimen identification and labeling
• Rack specimens for processing
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Identify, document, and resolve specimen issues
• Follow established laboratory procedures and safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous data entry experience preferred
• Healthcare, medical, laboratory, or production experience is a plus
• Comfortable handling biological specimens
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to pass a standardized color-blindness test
