Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 1:9 patient ratio across all shifts. Weekend coverage required (either every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month). Float to other medical-surgical units as needed.

• 37-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit serving primarily adult and geriatric populations
• Team-based Care Delivery Model with collaborative staffing approach (1 RN, 1 LPN, 1 PCT per team)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Diverse case mix including cardiac, respiratory, GI, neuro, and orthopedic overflow patients
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of experience

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license required prior to submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent medical-surgical telemetry experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic EMR experience mandatory
• Previous charge experience strongly preferred
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Experience with cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia management, central line care, blood product administration, and complex medical-surgical patient populations
