Technical Lead

Salary: $122,300 - 165,500 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• We are looking for 15+ years of development experience with strong expertise in enterprise architecture and systems integration.
• We need a proven record of technical leadership in architectural design and strategy, delivering scalable and secure solutions aligned with business objectives.
• We expect proficiency across multiple languages and platforms, including NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteQL), SQL Server, C#/.NET, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• We value experience with commerce platforms such as Sitecore OrderCloud and Shopify Plus.
• We prefer familiarity with digital experience platforms such as Contentstack and Sitecore XM Cloud.
• We need a solid grasp of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
• We expect the ability to juggle several initiatives, set priorities effectively, and deliver against tight deadlines.
• We require experience applying Agile methods, including ceremonies, backlog management, and team collaboration.
• We need strong risk awareness, including the ability to identify and reduce technical risks.
• We expect excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Preferred experience includes manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP implementation work.
• Preferred experience includes prior technical leadership or team lead responsibilities.
• Preferred experience includes DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
• Preferred experience includes working with third-party vendors or implementation partners.
• Familiarity with Workato and SPS Commerce is a plus.

• We own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, making sure scope, schedules, and quality goals are achieved.
• We create and maintain detailed project plans, including assignments, milestones, and resource allocation.
• We monitor progress and remove blockers or delays proactively.
• We track and report KPIs tied to delivery performance and team productivity.
• We continuously improve development processes and project execution.
• We lead cross-functional groups made up of internal developers and external partners.
• We translate architectural direction and business needs into technical tasks and execution plans.
• We mentor and guide development team members.
• We manage project timelines, resource planning, and issue resolution.
• We design, build, and support integrations and extensions for NetSuite ERP and other enterprise systems.
• We develop and maintain custom applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• We uphold high standards for code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• We work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.
• We facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to keep everyone aligned.
• We take part in strategic planning to ensure technology work supports business goals.
• We act as the liaison between internal teams and outside vendors or partners to support seamless delivery.
• We identify technical risks early and define mitigation plans.
• We assess the impact of proposed changes and new integrations.
• We ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• We evaluate and choose tools or frameworks that improve reliability and maintainability.
• We perform other job-related duties as assigned.
