Job Requirements

• Apassion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend

Job Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repair ofresidence, maintaining physical appearance of the grounds and building as wellas ensuring that the building is physically sound and safe
• Follows all established safety procedures andprecautions when performing maintenance service
• Maintains preventive maintenance schedules
• Assists with ordering and maintaining properinventory levels of maintenance supplies
• May act as contact person for vendorsperforming maintenance jobs

Qualifications

• Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending,stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching
• Valid driver's license in the state employed
• A high school diploma or General EducationDegree (GED)
