Staff Pharmacist
Walmart
As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart in California, you will provide safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter therapies, and disease management, ensuring adherence and positive health outcomes. You will administer immunizations, conduct medication reviews, and maintain full compliance with California pharmacy laws and Walmart policies. Working closely with technicians and store leadership, you’ll oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage inventory and controlled substances, and support a culture of respect, integrity, and continuous improvement.
