Senior Commercial Counsel

Leading complex commercial transactions, the full-time Senior Commercial Counsel will independently draft, review, and negotiate agreements while providing strategic legal advice to business leaders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Independently manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex client and vendor agreements, particularly in adtech and martech Provide practical legal guidance on contractual and commercial risks to Sales and other business leaders Develop and execute negotiation strategies for high-value transactions, identifying and communicating material legal risks Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with substantial experience in negotiating commercial and technology transactions Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize material risks Strong business judgment to balance legal risk with commercial objectives Ability to independently manage a substantial workload and communicate complex issues clearly to diverse audiences
