Key Account Executive - Collision Repair

Overview Snap-on is looking for a strong sales executive with experience in the automotive collision industry. Responsible for growing the sales and profitability ofourautomotive equipmentbusinessunit and brands by developing and implementing strategies to maximize Snap-on’s market share. Manage customer experience and equipment sales to defined Key Accounts in a defined geography and list of accounts. Coordinate sales and marketing activities ofour equipmentbusinessunit to improve sales in the defined territory and list of accounts. Location:Candidates must be located in the Dallas metro area or be willing to relocate to Little Rock, AR Travel Required: 50% Responsibilities Achievesales and profitability goals forSnap-onEquipment(SOE). Provide tactical plan in areas of sales, promotion planning, profitability, and general business operations for assigned accounts. Direct meeting contact with Key Account Customers Coordinate efforts of business units to support assigned customers. Achieve sales targets and growthobjectives. Align the business unit support team with the business direction and goals. Collaborate with team members to achieve goals. Follow through on commitments. Solve problems; make sound decisions. Develop and measurenew programsthat drive sales growth to Key Accounts. Work closely with Key Account customers todetermineservices and equipment that meet their businessobjectives. Remain updated with industry standards and emerging technology through professional development. Build solid relationships with Key Accounts and internal business units. Deliver presentations on a regular basis. Qualifications Proven direct sales and sales managementexperiencerequired. Experience in the collision repair industry Bachelor’s degree and knowledge of Snap-on Equipment, preferred. Strong communications – interpersonal, relationship building, presentations, oral/written, listening, etc. Ability to effectively present in front of groups. Sales forecasting and planning Marketing planning Automotive business operations Ability to train internal and external customers. Competitor’s strength knowledge Computerproficiency What will set youapart? Experience supporting Multi-Store Operators in Mechanical or Collision repair industries. Experience selling Undercar and Collision Equipment. Advanced knowledge of the Snap-on familyofbrands and equipment.
