Branch Ambassador

Execute high-volume cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing Maintain compliance with security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments Identify client personal or business needs and recommend appropriate digital tools or banking solutions Greet customers and provide hospitality-focused service throughout the branch Balance high-volume operations with a community-focused customer experience Support surrounding branches within a 50-mile radius as needed Occasionally assist other locations in the broader region Adapt to business-driven schedule adjustments and attend required training Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience At least 6 months of cash handling experience Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends Ability to attend all required training sessions Lifting up to 25 pounds and moving/standing for extended periods of time Regular and consistent attendance Associate’s degree (preferred) 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience (preferred) Proficient in G-Suite (preferred) Strong written and oral communication skills (preferred) Applicants must be able to work in the United States without new employment authorization sponsorship Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in executing high-volume cash transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
