Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality, family-centered care to children. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment while helping develop and expand pediatric Occupational Therapy services.
ResponsibilitiesEvaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and visual-motor development.
Establish treatment goals and monitor patient progress.
Educate parents and caregivers on home-based strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide supervision and oversight of OTAs as needed.
Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license .
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Pediatric experience preferred.
New graduates with a strong interest in pediatric OT are encouraged to apply.
CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
