HVAC - Maintenance Technician

Pinnacle Management is seeking a full-time HVAC/Maintenance Technician to join our property management team serving the Fairfield, OH area. This hands‑on role is central to maintaining comfortable, safe, and attractive homes for our residents. The ideal candidate will be dependable, skilled in residential HVAC systems, and completing routine preventive maintenance tasks.
