A school-based opportunity is available for aSecond Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support the needs of elementary students within a structured educational environment. This role is onsite at an elementary school setting in Burnsville, MN, focusing on applying behavioral interventions to promote student growth and success. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on student progress and behavior. Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to support individualized student goals. Support students in improving social, communication, and functional skills within the classroom. Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions. Qualifications And Desired Experience Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Experience working in school settings preferred. Ability to follow behavioral protocols precisely. Strong observational and data collection skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Location and Schedule Onsite position at an elementary school in Burnsville, MN. Contract duration: ASAP through June 4, 2026. Approximately 35 hours per week.
