Provide documentation to customers and DrinkPAK departments.Work with groups within the organization to obtain up-to-date and accurate documentation supporting ongoing projects. Daily activities could support the new product introduction process, technical customer response, and other documentation.Work within established processes and procedures to improve the flow of information within DrinkPAK and externally with customers. Assist with the development of these procedures and processes.Work with Quality leadership team on new product approval and customer requirementsWork independently with various departments, including but not limited to Logistics, Quality, and OperationsAlways ensure the accuracy of data and documentation.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
