We’re hiring a Controls Engineer to support robotic welding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is hands‑on—working directly with robotic weld cells, PLCs, and automation systems to keep production running efficiently and improve overall performance. 1st shift On site (Cleveland, Ohio) $100,000 What You’ll Do Program and troubleshoot robotic welding systems (Motoman/Yaskawa a plus) Support and optimize PLC-controlled automation (Allen‑Bradley preferred) Improve weld processes (MIG/spot welding parameters, cycle time, quality) Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues on the floor Assist with new equipment launches and system integration Work closely with production and engineering teams What We’re Looking For Controls/automation experience in manufacturing Robotic welding experience strongly preferred PLC programming and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work hands‑on in a production environment Job Number: 4715 #J-18808-Ljbffr
