Campus Talent Advisor: Full-Cycle Recruiting & Diversity

A leading industrial firm is seeking a Campus Talent Advisor to develop and execute on-campus recruiting strategies. Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruiting process, collaborating with hiring leaders, and ensuring a diverse talent pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, and strong organizational skills.
