Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of one recent year of home health experience License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through the American Heart Association Must-Have: OASIS experience Description: This position is for local candidates. Applicants must have a minimum of one recent year of home health experience. Candidates must have experience with OASIS documentation. Daily responsibilities include seeing six patients per day or 30 per week. Visits will encompass various types, including initial evaluations and follow-up visits. Candidates must possess an active driver's license. This is a home health agency where staffing needs may require floating based on patient needs. All managers will conduct interviews with potential candidates. Candidates are required to provide one supervisory reference for submission. Floating may be requested based on the needs of the facility. All candidates must meet specialty experience requirements from the past year. Education requirements include NIH and stroke education for RNs. Candidates must adhere to time-off requests and limitations.
