LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT - REMOTE

Are you looking to start or grow your career in the insurance industry? We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join a growing team!

This is a fully remote opportunity, but candidates must reside in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area and be available to travel to the Downtown Tampa office when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal lines insurance questions and service requests
• Help customers understand their policies and coverage
• Process policy updates and changes
• Assist with insurance-related documentation
• Research and resolve customer questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Work across multiple computer systems while assisting customers
• Stay up to date on insurance products, procedures, and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to provide an excellent customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License REQUIRED
• Entry-level licensed candidates are welcome to apply
