Triage Nurse (Registered Nurse/RN)

Summary National Jewish Health is seeking a Triage Nurse (Registered Nurse/RN) to support patients living with chronic conditions and empower them in their health journeys. This role is an essential link between clinical care and patient self‑management, providing the guidance and coordination needed to improve outcomes and enhance quality of life.
