Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist licensure in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
• Expertise in administering and interpreting educational and psychological assessments
• Background in working with diverse student populations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in a school setting
• Previous experience within schools is preferred, but new graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop effective support strategies
• Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
• Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
• Offer crisis intervention and response when necessary
• Help promote a positive school climate and advocate for student well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
