The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas. How you will contribute Oversee employee performance and scheduling Lead Inventory Control efforts and operational efforts Work with donors to resolve concerns Analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events Perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas Foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts What you bring High school diploma or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification Frequent bending and reaching Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required Benefits Every day at Takeda, we feel good knowing that what we do helps improve the lives of patients with rare diseases. Location USA - TX - Spring Compensation Hourly Wage Range: $22.80 - $31.35 (actual wage based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, local minimum wage, etc.) Benefits Program U.S. employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well-being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year, and new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
