Site Supervisor

This position is contingent on contract award. Location: Fairchild AFB WA and CONUS/OCONUS travel. R2C offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Additionally, 401(k) and Roth 401(k) are available. This is an exempt position $62,400 to $83,200 annually. Job Summary The Supervisor will oversee daily team operations, acting as a clear link between team and upper management. Minimum Requirements And Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be a US citizen with a valid driver's license. Must have an active Secret Clearance. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in any avionics or electrical aircraft-related discipline, preferably KC-135. Must have a valid passport. Strong communication skills and excellent written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills. Strong knowledge of inspection processes and quality control. Must be able to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime. Responsibilities Leads and coordinates the team. Responds to customer concerns in a timely manner. Develops local operating instructions, flight operation procedures, ground operation procedures. Develops workbook containing specific step-by-step instructions to accomplish the work with all technical data. (component removal, in-process inspections, repairs, and reinstallation) Submits reports as required. Ensures team complies with safety requirements, Environmental Protective Agency(EPA), and occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Working Conditions The working conditions are able to work in tight/awkward and high spaces, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Physical Requirements This position must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as well as have the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. Physical requirements of the position may also include, but are not limited to, bending, twisting, and lifting and climbing.
