Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Mental Health Counselor will encompass a variety of responsibilities that are critical to client care and organizational success. These include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with at Family Health Care Group include individuals grappling with a wide array of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal challenges. Qualifications\n

Your qualifications for this role must include:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or doctoral-level psychologist (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree is required; however, a master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor when working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities and a commitment to time management.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified applicants, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy facilitation, or specific methodologies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) will be given preference. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Family Health Care Group, we offer competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
