Virtual Behavioral Health Case Manager II (Autism-focused)

Elevance Health

Elevance Health is looking for a Behavioral Health Case Manager II to perform telephonic case management for members with behavioral health needs. This position requires a MA/MS in social work counseling or related field and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. The role is virtual with full-time flexibility but requires in-person training sessions as needed.
