Medical Equipment Product Delivery Specialist

Job Overview Are you looking to enter the medical device industry or into the durable medical equipment (DME) field? We are seeking a new Product Delivery Specialist to assist us in servicing our clients in Atlanta, GA territory . The Product Delivery Specialist will be a point of contact for medical practices and hospitals we serve, a master at developing and maintaining these client relationships, and will obtain thorough knowledge of each of our products while stocking equipment and assisting in managing the account alongside the territory’s sales rep. Weekends off. Responsibilities Delivers and conducts follow‑ups on equipment needs for each medical facility (Nebulizers, Phototherapy, and Breast Pumps) in accordance with company policy and procedures. Coordinates with the territory sales rep to ensure every clinic has the necessary product. Instructs the clinic on the safe and proper use of the equipment being delivered. Completes all paperwork promptly and accurately to support the delivery and billing functions. Utilizes sales software to document customer visits, sales activity, inventory, etc. Responsible for storage of equipment within each facility, ensuring areas are clean, organized, and comply with all State and Federal laws. Attends and actively contributes to group sales meetings and ongoing training as scheduled. Education / Experience High School Diploma or equivalent education required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3‑5 years of sales and customer service experience. Prefer Healthcare or DME background. Requirements Must live within the territory. Must be able to travel to other territories as needed. Passion for quality customer service and a can‑do attitude. Strong people skills and an interest in improving lives of others from a healthcare perspective. Practical knowledge working with software (CRM) or quick learning of new software. Organized and possesses excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills. Exceptional problem‑solving skills. Ability to maintain confidential patient and company information. Good customer service skills, including dealing courteously with the public, prospective patients, clients, and individuals within the organization. Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision. Always represent Neb Doctors in a professional manner. Ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (MVR) with no major violations (including DUI) in the past five consecutive years. Physical Requirements Position requires carrying and moving medical equipment up to 25 pounds and loading it into a vehicle, as well as stocking facilities (dolly provided). Repeating motions that may involve wrists, hands, and/or fingers to assemble products. Ability to safely operate a vehicle and drive between six to eight hours a day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
