Custodial Intern-Summer

Summer Custodial Intern Location: District Schools Effective Date: Available to work July 1 – August 31, 2026 (up to 4 days per week) Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: $16 per hour Qualifications: Must be a rising senior of Hightstown High School Job Requirements: Ability to read, write and understand work‑related directions/instructions with sufficient skill to perform all required tasks and write basic reports as required. Demonstrates strength and manual dexterity necessary to perform all required tasks including ability to lift 50 lbs. Cleans classrooms, corridors, furniture, windows, walls (including graffiti), fixtures, lockers, blinds, chalkboards, etc. according to written schedule. Moves furniture, equipment, supplies, books as required. Empties trash/recycling receptacles of various capacities, transports large receptacles to outdoor dumpsters. Cleans and disinfects all restrooms, water fountains, sinks, urinals, basins according to written schedule.
