Astria Health is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to join our team! This position is located at our Sunnyside Astria Health Center.

Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

What you get to do every day!

As the Medical Office Assistant - Clinic, you will be responsible for for front office and receptionist duties, and support other clinical staff as needed and directed. You will:

• Prepare and file medical documents for patient files, while maintaining an accurate filing system.
• Greet patients visiting the clinic and assist them with paperwork as needed
• Perform receptionist duties, routing calls to appropriate parties
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Collaborate effectively across department and organizational boundaries.
• Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• One or more years' experience working in an administrative position supporting office staff and activities.
• One of more years' experience in customer service or a clinical business environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft software products and systems.
• Oral and written fluency in the English language.
