Backed by substantial private capital and an entrepreneurial leadership team, the firm is seeking an Asset Management & Acquisitions Associate / Senior Associate to play a key role in both portfolio performance and new investment activity. About the Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join a growing multifamily investment platform at an exciting stage of expansion. The successful candidate will work directly alongside senior leadership and gain exposure to both asset management and acquisitions, helping drive portfolio performance while supporting the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities. Unlike larger institutional platforms where responsibilities can be highly segmented, this role offers broad exposure across the investment lifecycle with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business decisions and portfolio strategy. Key Responsibilities Asset Management Partner with third‑party property management teams to drive operational and financial performance Analyze monthly and quarterly property performance, including financial statements, occupancy trends, leasing activity, and budget variances Conduct property visits to evaluate asset performance, physical condition, and capital improvement opportunities Maintain portfolio reporting, KPI dashboards, and capital expenditure tracking Assist with investor reporting and performance presentations Monitor market trends, rental comparables, and competitive supply dynamics Acquisitions Participate in underwriting and evaluation of new multifamily investment opportunities Conduct market research and investment analysis Support property tours, due diligence, and transaction execution Coordinate third‑party reports and summarize findings for investment decision‑making Assist with preparation of investment materials and investor communications Support capital raising initiatives and due diligence requests from investment partners Desired Background We are interested in speaking with professionals who have approximately 4–8 years of experience within multifamily real estate and come from one of the following backgrounds: Asset Management Acquisitions Investments Portfolio Management Multifamily Operations Regional Property Management Qualifications Experience within multifamily real estate Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Yardi and/or RealPage preferred Ability to analyze budgets, rent rolls, and operating statements Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred Self‑starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance‑based bonus opportunity Long-term growth and advancement potential Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid work environment Opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and influence investment decisions Significant career progression within a rapidly expanding multifamily investment platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
