Radiologic Technologist Mammography

We are seeking a Per Diem Radiologic Technologist within Mammography to perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager.

Work Schedule: Per diem position offering Monday-Friday shifts vary from 7am-5pm, weekends 8am-4:30pm at Union Corners Clinic. This position will work at multiple locations, both diagnostic and screening. Must be able to work multiple weekend shifts and/or back up call each month as well as pick up a minimum of one weekday shift per week. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist Mammography to:

• Perform a wide variety of routine, complex and specialized procedures under the general supervision of the section Team Lead and Radiology Manager.
• Provide basic maintenance and repairs, participate in QA, and resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system.
• Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and to triage routine and emergent procedures.
• Coordinate and actively participate in the training of other Imaging technologists, fellows, residents, physicians and visiting health care professionals and serve as a clinical instructor for affiliated imaging training programs and assist in training other Imaging technologists.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

• Previous healthcare experience Required
• 2 years of clinical experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification Upon Hire Required
• Wisconsin Radiological License Upon Hire Required
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification within 30 months Required
• CPR certification within 3 months Required
