Three shifts over one week Operating Room RN Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse license eligible for practice in West Virginia 2–3 years of recent operating room nursing or perioperative RN experience 2–3 previous travel nurse assignments preferred Orthopedic operating room experience required Experience passing instruments and equipment in and out for robotic procedures required Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties, including general, ENT, ophthalmology, orthopedic, neurological, vascular, trauma, pediatric, and robotic procedures Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association PALS certification preferred Epic experience required Ability to work independently, including supporting overnight coverage when scheduled Operating room scrubbing experience is a plus but not required Travel OR Nurse Responsibilities

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care throughout the perioperative experience. Circulate operating room procedures across a diverse range of specialties and case types. Support orthopedic, robotic, general, ENT, ophthalmology, neurological, vascular, trauma, pediatric, and emergent surgical cases. Prepare operating rooms, equipment, supplies, and documentation in accordance with surgical and patient safety standards. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia professionals, surgical technologists, and other members of the perioperative team. Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotations and respond within the required timeframe. Float to outpatient surgery as needed to support continuity of care and department operations.
