La Folie Douce Recrute Saison Hiver 2026/2027

Nous recherchons un second de cuisine ou une seconde de cuisine passionn(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre quipe culinaire. Vous travaillerez sous la direction du chef de cuisine afin d'assurer la prparation et la prsentation des plats dans un environnement stimulant et convivial. Ce poste est idal pour les personnes souhaitant voluer dans le secteur de la restauration tout en mettant en avant leur crativit culinaire.

Responsabilits:

Participer la prparation des aliments en respectant les recettes et les standards de qualit
Assurer la cuisson des plats en veillant leur prsentation et leur got
Collaborer avec l'quipe pour garantir un service efficace et rapide
Grer la manipulation des aliments en respectant les normes de scurit alimentaire
Contribuer l'laboration de nouveaux plats et l'amlioration du menu
Maintenir la propret et l'organisation de la cuisine, en respectant les rgles d'hygine
Former et encadrer les nouveaux membres de l'quipe sur les techniques culinaires

Profil recherch:

Vous avez une exprience pralable dans un restaurant ou une cuisine professionnelle
Vous matrisez les techniques de prparation et de cuisson des aliments
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des normes de scurit alimentaire
Vous tes capable de travailler sous pression tout en gardant votre calme
Vous aimez travailler en quipe et tes dot(e) d'un bon esprit d'initiative
