Assembly Associate
Partners Personnel Knoxville is seeking Assembly Associates for a great facility in the Forks of the River area!
Position: Assembly Associate
Shift: Mon to Fri with OT when needed (2:45pm-11:15pm)
Pay Rate: $16.75/hour
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Produce parts and/or product that meet/exceed quality requirements
- Meet/exceed production target rates
- Pack and palletize units as per product specifications
- Perform efficient setups and changeovers as per the production schedule
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Stand/sit for 8 hours a day
- Great attendance
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Math Skills
- Basic Problem Solving Skills
- Basic Mechanical Aptitude
