Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Account Strategy, plays a critical role in supporting campaign execution through performance tracking, reporting, and issue resolution. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop media plans, optimize advertising strategies, and enhance operational efficiency. By leveraging data analysis and customer insights, the role contributes to forecasting and campaign improvements while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. The analyst actively supports onboarding, maintains organizational systems, and embraces continuous learning to drive effective business solutions aligned with company values and strategic objectives.

About the team:
The Account Management team collaborates with key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and execute advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. Utilizing strong business and financial acumen, the team analyzes campaign performance and optimizes strategies aligned with organizational goals. Members apply data-driven insights and project management skills to deliver effective marketing solutions. The team fosters continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Operating in a dynamic environment, it ensures clear communication and alignment with business objectives to drive successful outcomes for clients and partners.
What you'll do:

• Manage campaign delivery tasks including pacing, performance tracking, and reporting coordination to ensure effective execution.
• Support account operations by resolving campaign-related issues and managing requests promptly.
• Collect and organize campaign materials, SKU/item sets, and reporting inputs for measurement and optimization.
• Assist in developing media plans using internal tools and historical data to identify new opportunities.
• Facilitate communication among Sales, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Analyze customer buying history and preferences to inform cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
• Contribute to sales forecasting by gathering and interpreting relevant data sources.
• Stay current on media trends and advertising innovations to recommend campaign improvements.

• Proven experience in campaign management, including pacing, performance tracking, and reporting coordination.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer insights, sales forecasting, and advertising strategy for optimized media plans.
• Expertise in media planning and execution, leveraging data analysis to support account operations and campaign improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate internal and external stakeholder collaboration and ensure timely information flow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve campaign-related issues, and support client onboarding with professionalism.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
