Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board Certified or Board Eligible to sit for Boards.LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: Valid License to Practice as an Internist in the State of CT, Current D.E.A. and State Controlled Substance Certificate, CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually* Must have comfort level with medical complexity and multiple concurrent comorbidityProfessional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position.Compensation decisions are made in accordance with applicable federal and Connecticut equal-pay requirements.
