Our counselors provide both pre-need (advance planning) and at-need (immediate) support, educating families about their options while ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and dignity.Compensation: Commission/Hourly rate (Unlimited earning potential) See below for more details regarding earning potentialJob-Type: Full-TimeLocation: Resthaven Memory Gardens in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Department: Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need SalesEarning PotentialThis position is hourly guarantee, uncapped commissions with unlimited earning potential, supported by an established brand and a steady flow of leads.1st Year Expected Earnings: $40,000 - $60,000Top Performers Earn: $150,000 - $250,000+ annuallyActual earnings depend on individual effort, sales performance, and lead volume.What You'll DoEducating families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangementsMeet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections.Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the communityMaintain accurate records and manage your sales pipelineRepresent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism - Honesty, Integrity, and Service Excellence are at the heart of all we doParticipate in community events, presentations, and workshopsWork collaboratively with Family Service, Funeral Directors, Cemetery Grounds, and Leadership TeamsQualificationsCompassionate, patient and service-mindedCloser mindset – self-starter, prospecting, and teamwork.Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by both mission and resultsStrong communicator with the ability to guide families through sensitive decisionsOrganized and able to work independentlyComfortable with a consultative sales environmentAbility to make daily outbound calls, schedule appointments, and accurately maintain data in our CRM.
