Providing pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced retail environment requires precision, strong communication, and a passion for patient well-being. This opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist to support a busy pharmacy in Hollywood, FL, for a 6-8 week contract assignment focused on day shifts.

Location: Hollywood, FL
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  Duration: 6-8 weeks
  Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper usage
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and potential drug interactions
• Provide clear patient education and answer medication-related questions
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy operations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceuticals and retail pharmacy procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Pharmacist License
• Proven experience in retail or community pharmacy settings
