\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\nEvaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions and injuries\n
\n
\nPerform orthopaedic surgical procedures (general orthopaedics or fellowship-trained subspecialty welcome)\n
\n
\nDevelop comprehensive treatment plans including operative and non-operative management\n
\n
\nProvide pre-operative and post-operative care\n
\n
\nCollaborate with physical therapists, primary care physicians, and specialists\n
\n
\nMaintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards\n
\n
\nParticipate in on-call rotation as required\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\nMD or DO degree from an accredited institution\n
\n
\nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery\n
\n
\nActive or eligible for Virginia medical license\n
\n
\nFellowship training (Sports Medicine, Joint Replacement, Spine, Hand, Trauma, etc.) welcomed but not required\n
\n
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n
